The Foundation’s main mission is to promote childhood drowning awareness and water safety. In order to accomplish this, we encourage Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) Self-Rescue swim lessons. We try to help minimize the costs of the lessons for those in financial need by granting scholarships nationwide.
Please note that we will need financial documents to show income. We require 2 pay stubs, most recent 1040 tax return, driver's license, social security statement (if applicable), disability statement (if applicable) and/or anything else that will show income. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE EMAIL TO SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL WE RECEIVE THESE DOCUMENTS.
